The Christy Jones Nursing Scholarship Fund offers scholarship(s) in amounts
up to $1000. for students in accredited Associate and Baccalaureate nursing degree
programs in the United States.
The purpose of this scholarship is to reward nursing
students
committed to a career
in the Nursing profession.
The minimum scholarship amount is $500. but can
range up to $1000
depending upon
the applicants ability in exhibiting a commitment and passion for
nursing, as expressed
in a 500 word
essay titled Why I want to
be a Nurse.
1. Not yet posses an RN license.
2. Academic Standing - 2.5+ GPA.
3. Completed one complete school year towards degree.
4. Resident of the United States
Instructions
1. Ask you Admissions Director to verify in writing your class academic standing and GPA..
2. Attach 500 word essay titled Why I want to be a Registered Nurse.
3. Must be Postmarked by August 15th of each year.
7. Selection(s) will be announced on September 15th of each year.
